F\u00fcr Werkzeughersteller bedeutet dies, die Werkzeuge und Schneidstoffe entsprechend anzupassen, um qualitativ gleichbleibende Bearbeitungsergebnisse zur vollsten Zufriedenheit des Kunden gew\u00e4hrleisten zu k\u00f6nnen. Im Vergleich zu einer Schlicht-Geometrie wird der Schnittdruck erheblich gemindert. Das Ergebnis ist eine wesentlich bessere Oberfl\u00e4chenqualit\u00e4t als beim Fr\u00e4sen mit einem Schruppfr\u00e4ser bei deutlich h\u00f6heren Vorsch\u00fcben als beim Fr\u00e4sen mit einem Schlichtfr\u00e4ser. Zus\u00e4tzlich mindert die besondere PLT-Beschichtung die Reibung, was deutlich weniger Ablagerungen an der Schneide und somit h\u00f6here Standzeiten einbringt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\"><br \/>\n<strong>Innovativ, pr\u00e4zise, wirtschaftlich<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\"><br \/>\nMit dem innovativen HP Spannsystem ist es AKE gelungen, die Vorteile vieler Spannsysteme zu vereinen und gleichzeitig die Nachteile weitestgehend zu eliminieren. Das Besondere: Es k\u00f6nnen Standardspannzangen verwendet werden, wodurch f\u00fcr Anwender keine Zusatzkosten entstehen. Des Weiteren wird dadurch ein schneller und flexibler Werkzeugwechsel erm\u00f6glicht. Auf der anderen Seite \u00fcberzeugt das HP Spannsystem mit einer Rundlaufgenauigkeit von 0,008 mm.
